Great location, overall I greatly enjoyed the hotel.

I stayed for one night and the hotel was clean and the staff was very, very nice and polite. I spent here 1 wonderful day and ca n't wait to go back.

There is a wide array of affordable food for breakfast. The hotel is in a favourable position and the airport is 0.5 miles away. And it's close to a bus stop.

Hotel as a whole is good small and relaxing, I loved it.

No complains at all and I would have extended the stay. Comfortable bed, en suite room that has a large bathroom.

The location was great, very close to the central station and everything in Florence. The room was nice and had an AC. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The staff was helpful.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a lovely roof terrace. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and within easy reach of all the attractions. The staff treated us so well, from allowing us to check in early to offering free breakfast and baggage storage. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in ensuring there are enough plates and space for guests.

There is only one remote control for the air conditioner for the whole hotel and any time we wanted to switch it on or off we should ask the assistance of the staff. It was rather hot but we could not use air conditioner during night and also could not open window because of the street noise. Remote control of TV didn't work properly. The staff was not always very polite.

Very close to station...

When we checked in, the guy was very pleasant..and when we checked out, the guy had such an arrogant expression that we felt we were unwanted!

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it super easy to navigate through the city via public transportation. Plus, its close proximity to the bus station made day trips to nearby towns a breeze. You'll also appreciate how the hotel is located within walking distance to the iconic Duomo. The room and bathroom were clean, with ample space for a family of four. The breakfast spread featured a variety of delicious options to start your day off on the right foot.

One staff member was slightly unpleasant while we were using the hallway wifi, but all of the others were helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

The breakfast here is good with a great variety of food, and the family room is spacious with a big bed and an outdoor bathroom.
